If you find that a product/s is/are damaged, or that you have received a wrong product/s, we are happy to process an exchange within 7 days.
What is your return policy?
If you have received a damaged product, please initiate a return within 1 day from the time of delivery. Our courier partner will pick the damaged product from your doorstep and will replace it within 7 working days at no extra cost. If in case the product is not in stock, the complete cost of the product will be refunded back to you within 10 to 15 working days, In the rare case where a pickup option is not supported by our courier partner you should have to ship the product to us and we will reimburse the courier charges.
How do I get a refund?
We do not have a refund policy. However, if a customer mistakenly paid twice for one transaction, then one transaction amount will be refunded via the same source within 15 to 20 working days.
